Customers may request cancellation before an order has been packed or dispatched.

Once an order has been packed, handed over to the courier or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

How to Request Cancellation

Please contact us immediately with your order number if you wish to request cancellation.

If the cancellation request is approved and payment has already been made, the eligible amount will be refunded through the original payment method.

We may cancel an order due to:

• Payment verification issues
• Incorrect pricing
• Delivery restrictions
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Other unavoidable circumstances

If we cancel a fully paid order, the eligible amount will be refunded through the applicable payment method.
